Description

Role Purpose:
The primary function of the Maternal Services Team Leader is to supervise, monitor, coordinate, control and evaluate the day-to-day clinical operations and activities of the practice/site. Demonstrates the philosophy of the sponsoring religious congregations, through SSM Health Care values, and tenets of integrated health care while giving leadership and innovation of the health care ministry.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
    • RN, or ARRT & ARDMS Certifications in ultrasound services
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 3 to 5 years of experience
    • Skills in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving and decision making. Mathematical skills and experience with various software programs.
    • Requires effective oral and written communication and human relations skills to effectively communicate with and respond appropriately to a variety of customers with different levels of comprehension using tact, congeniality and diplomacy.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Preferred work in clinical or physician office management and knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology
