Seeking ExperiencedCritical Care Advanced Practitioner at St. Anthony Hospital

St. Anthony Hospital has anexcellent opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner with Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experiencethat is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

St. Anthony is seeking acertified provider that has at minimum, one year of ICU work experience. The selected candidate will work within St.Anthony ICU with the Critical Care team. Interested providers should have experience performing procedures including central venous catheter insertion.

This opportunity is specificallyfor a night shift position. The selected provider will work 6pm to 6am alongside a Physician. The schedule will include 14 shifts per month. The candidate will be required to do some daytime training for the first few weeks before transitioning to the night shift. This is an exciting opportunity for the right Physician Assistant to be part of a well-establishedpractice.

Under direct supervision of a licensed physician, provides client services that include aiding in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease or injury. The position general requirements are certification as a Physician Assistant by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners. Applicants are required to visit the Medical Staff office and obtain an application packet at the time of new-hire physical. Completed packets must be turned in to the Medical Staff office on the first day of employment. Incumbent must receive approval of their application within 4 months of hire date and may not practice as an independent practitioner until this approval has been granted. Current CPR (Healthcare Provider).


Qualifications

Certified PA or NP
